About Liquid Project Management

Liquid Project Management has been providing Project Management and Development Management services to the Construction and Property industries since 2000.
 

Following are Liquid PM’s key personnel:

Dion Khan

Project & Development Manager

Dion is the Director of Liquid Project Management and has been involved in the construction industry since 1994, utilizing his Project & Development Management skills within the construction and the property arena’s.

Dion has delivered & consulted on a multitude of projects across many different sectors including:

residential townhouse & unit developments, residential & industrial land sub-divisions, government & education projects; club & hospitality projects, major refurbishment projects, interior projects, sporting, health and commercial projects

Qualifications include- Diploma in Project Management; Diploma in Property Development; Diploma in Building & Construction, as well as holding a current Queensland builders license.

He also lectures on the topic of Project Management at various TAFE colleges, Councils, and private organizations.

Angela Khan

Project Administration

Angela assists in the project & contract administration side of a project.

Her role assists the Project Manager to contribute to the successful execution of the project on time and in line with client requirements.

Angela is well versed with the preparation of Council Development Approval proposals, having executed a number of these in varying degrees.

With an eye for detail, Angela also has a solid skill set in interior design & interior lay out.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.
